Hello! Welcome to East Clayton Elementary School, Home of the Cougars, where our mission is to be a school of excellence preparing ALL students to live and compete successfully in a global society.

My name is Consuleo Dutch and I am honored to serve as the Parent Liaison for the 2023- 2024 schoolyear.  I have an Associates in Business and a Bachelors in Psychology. It’s my goal to ensure that parents and guardians have access to information needed to enhance the academic success of each and every scholar enrolled at East Clayton Elementary. I would like to increase parent participation through communication and workshops that will empower you to support your scholar(s) with the necessary tools for success and being the bridge between school and community.

I invite you to take advantage of our Parent Resource Center. Our Parent Resource Center, which has been built specifically to support, inform and empower the families of East Clayton Elementary school.  Located in room 202. The resources available include: Parent workshops, Title I documents, monthly workshop calendars, volunteer information, employment resources, newsletters, GA DOE school data, and other important resources needed to assist you. It is my duty to support all parents and guardians to help make this year a successful year for ALL Scholars.

Please feel free to stop by the parent resource center for a visit. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.  You can contact me at 678-827-7927 ext:106128 or email me at

                                                                        Educationally Yours,

                                                                        Ms. Consuleo Dutch
